 Design-Build -  ECCI is a member of the DBIA and has successfully completed numerous Design-Build projects. ECCI is typically the leader in the team and has relationships with several architects/engineers to perform the design on these projects.

 Retail -  Construction renovation and operation of retail businesses - from malls and strip centers to free standing structures and power centers, from restaurants and groceries to major department stores and big-box discount stores.

 Industrial -Construction of such projects (building and production/process lines) as manufacturing facilities, processing plants, power-generating plants, and factories.

 Custom Residential - Construction of custom residential homes in excess of 1 million.

 Ranch Lodges -  Design and Construction of ranch homes and lodges.
