Project Highlights

A multi-level pre-cast concrete parking structure with retail space below constructed on a dynamic site that presented various challenges due to location, historical usage of site, and traffic flow. Project is located in the ever bustling downtown merchant area on Lots 13 through 18 of the original McAllen Townsite founded in 1904. Throughout the 20th century, the site served as a residential area, commercial development, and most recently a bank complete with a basement and underground vault that were subsequently removed by ECCI. While ECCI is bound to a December 07, 2007 contractual completion date, the anticipated completion date on this project is July 21, 2007.
